Early Life and Education
Born on November 20, 1981 and raised in Patna, Sanchit received his school education from Don Bosco. He shifted to Bangalore for his graduation in engineering but soon dropped out due to financial reasons. He then started his journey in real estate through manpower management, Realty Trading business, material supply, and construction. His family's strong traditional business background, that contributed significantly to his growth and establishment in Bangalore businesses.

Sanchit Gaurav is a serial entrepreneur with over 20+ years in the construction industry, who leads with his extensive knowledge and expertise. Having constructed over 10 million sq ft throughout his career, he is a progressive executive who is committed to providing effective and revolutionary solutions for Indian home owners. He is the CEO and founder of Gaurav Group, and has helped build Housejoy into what it is today.
Political Career
Sanchit was interested from a young age in politics and national issues and was active in social services. During the pandemic, he learned how technology, awareness, and proper planning are a must if we want to help society. Because of this, he initiated clinic bus services during the pandemic in Bangalore. With challenges at every level, he realised the importance of good governance. In July 2022, he was appointed as the President of the Entrepreneur Cell by the Aam Aadmi Party for Karnataka.
